  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
    This deposit is applied toward your final bill on the day of your service.

    • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit.

    • No-shows will be charged the full service amount before future bookings can be made.

    • Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment in full for future services.

    Larger services such as colour transformations, blonding sessions, and extensions may require a higher deposit or in-salon consultation before confirming your booking.

  • We understand life happens, but our stylists’ time is valuable.
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to another guest.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will forfeit your deposit.

    • No-shows may be charged the full amount of the service.

    • Repeat cancellations may require prepayment for all future appointments.

    This policy ensures fairness to all clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

    LATE ARRIVALS

    Please arrive on time for your appointment.
    If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests.
    If we are unable to complete your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.

  • All service prices listed online are base prices and may vary depending on your hair and desired result.

    Pricing is influenced by:

    • Hair length, thickness, and density

    • The amount of product required

    • The time and technique needed

    • Additional toners, glosses, or treatments applied

    A personalised consultation is provided before every service.
    If your hair requires extra time or product, your stylist will discuss this with you before starting your service.

    COLOUR SERVICES & PREPARATION

    To achieve the best possible result, please arrive with clean, dry hair washed within 24 hours of your colour appointment.
    Excess oil, product, or dry shampoo can create barriers that prevent even colour results.

    If your hair requires a clarifying wash or detox treatment to remove build-up, this will incur an additional charge to ensure your colour lifts and tones beautifully.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Every head of hair is unique. Previous colour history, box dye, and hair condition all influence results.

    • Lightening services and bright blondes may require multiple sessions to reach your desired tone safely.

    • Maintaining hair health and integrity is our top priority.

      HAIR-UP, STYLING & BLOW-DRY SERVICES

    • If you are booked for a hair-up, event styling, or curls, please arrive with clean, dry hair.
      Hair that is oily, dirty, or wet will not hold the style correctly.

      If we need to wash and dry your hair before styling, a blow-dry fee will be added to your total.
      This ensures we deliver a polished, long-lasting finish suitable for your event.

      Styling tips:

      • Avoid using heavy products, oils, or sprays before your appointment.

      • Bring photo inspiration to help us create your perfect look.

      EXTENSIONS, BLONDING & TRANSFORMATION APPOINTMENTS

    • For major colour work, blonding sessions, or hair extensions, an in-person consultation is essential prior to booking.

      During your consultation, we’ll:

      • Review your hair condition, history, and goals

      • Provide an accurate quote and time estimate

      • Discuss maintenance, at-home care, and realistic expectations

      • Plan your sessions for safe, beautiful results

      Please note that achieving certain tones or shades may take more than one session, especially if previous colour or damage is present.

  • Your satisfaction is so important to us.
    If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment.

    We’ll invite you back for an assessment and, if appropriate, make adjustments to align with the result originally discussed.

    Please note:

    • This does not apply to a change of mind or new colour direction.

    • Adjustments apply only to services performed by Two Blondes Salon stylists.

    • Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
